bluestar ac - Damage Air Conditioner

Purchased an Ac on **.**.**** and installed on **.**.**** after paying an Installation Charges of Rs.**** on the same day.
After * days AC didn't worked properly, we complained and from **.**.**** to **.**.**** there were * visits of Company's technician and it was found that the AC is Damaged. We filled a complaint to replace the AC and it takes * week to replace after various visits to Vijay Sales.
On **.**.**** New AC gets delivered and the Company told us to pay Reinstallation Charges of Rs.**** again for installing the same.
Why we will pay for installation charges, this is a fault from Company's own Asset.
What if after Reinstallation we will get to know the New Asset is also damage.
so why and how many times we will pay Unnecessary Installation Charges without our fault.
