bluestar ac - Repeated Ac gas leakage

My complaint ticket no. B*********** and my contact no. **********.I want to share my problems with u that are I was purchased inverter ac with * yrs warranty in **** Aug and after that in July **** it was failed in cooling due to Ac gas leakage thereafter I raised a complaint in your company and company Area service manager mr Devender sorout take care of my complaint. When technician visit for the complaint checking he was found that the leakage from coil plate and he repaired the coil plate of indoor panel. After many conversations with Mr Devender he said that don’t worry sir we were only repaired it we don’t this coil I requested to him for change but he denied and said don’t worry nothing happen. In Next year **** I was raised one more complaint for Ac not cooling he said by mistakenly forget to tight the wall properly therefore cooling problem you have faced. After that In **** the cooling problem is same I called to local technician and filled gas on Ac. Then **** the ac doesn’t have Gas. I raised again complaint and after technician visit it was found that the gas leakage from Coil plate and more than * holes on coil plate. My one question from bluestar is that Is the coil plate got damage in *-* years if then why not replace it in **** why you repaired it and in **** the holes of coil plate are * hole. The product I received from bluestar that are damaged and
technically defected and the services are also worst and now clear and loudly denied to replace coil plate and even not responding any bluestar managers and heads of bluestar they forwarded the concern to the repair shop owner and they entertain me after that I got the contact no of mr Manoj ( Area service manager )he had not heated my concern properly he only denied nothing do and said you go any where to legal department or any platform we will not give coil plate to you anyhow. My experience your service and your company staff are not doing good with me finally I harassed. I hope you are the last to understand my concern after that I will move to legal
