bluestar ac - Replacement for AC

I would like you to inform you that I brought blue star split AC ID***MKU( * star) *.* ton on **/**/** from Vijay sales Ulhasnagar.
Installation done after two day. but after installation problem of error L* display on screen without cooling and shut down on its own.
I raised several complaints on blue star service center. There technician came *-* times but no issues resolved. They told outdoor fan motor needs to be replaced. we didnt allowed to change. but They came open the outdoor unit and change fan motor but still problem is unsolved and moreover they told PCB is faulty/Failure found.
After fan motor replace , PCB needs to replacment needed. what kind of AC bluestar providing. If I have brought new AC how every parts needs to replace. For replacement I have mailed bluestar service. and technician saying same thing to replaced PCB . I don't agree with part replacement this time
This issue I am trying to resolve from * month but no solution from bluestar service and vijay sales too.
