Airtel Dish TV - Customer service harrassment

Dear Sir,
I'm using DTH from last ** years and never faced this type of pathetic behaviour and harrassment of customer service team and engineers on the calls and continuously calls.
I have requested my DTH shifting reinstallation in last week and till now no one has came. Every day we get message and call twice that engineer will come and before visiting the site and ask for Code and don't know what they do with code and no installation.
This is been repeating from last one week and it's totally mental harrassment from Airtel and now want to cancel total DTH and choose other service provider.
If your company cannot do installation on time then don't call us or message us why you guys trouble us???
I'm a black customer and I should get previllage from Airtel but I'm getting harrassment.
Kindly advise what to do now for this??
