Airtel Dish TV - careless and low level service and response

from *th of july i have been registering my complaint for servicing my set up box they sent a technician same day but he made hurry and fixed another box and showed its working and went off with his fee of *** INR and *** INR for the new box saying he has to go to another customers house but the new box also did not work after sometime and again i complained to the service center they asked for one day time period as the box was not available at that time but i received a message saying they scheduled my complaint for the next week(**th of july) so again i complained about it then they sent another technician he also could not able to solve the problem and whenever i call to the customer care they used to hold my call for ** mins or they say that they will resolve it today nut it has been * days they did not solve the problem and just took the money with them
