My name is Akash Kumar, I've opted for Airtel broadband connection on Dec ** ****. The plan is a * months tenure plan, I paid ₹**** through my debit card on Dec ** **** and I got my connection on the same day eve. On **th of Dec ****, I received a notification that I need to pay ₹**** extra, so I called the Airtel customer care team, they told that I had paid only **** that too on **th of Dec ****. I've spoken with lots of agents and supervisors, finally they told me to send a email to ***@airtel.in, so I sent an email and today I got a call from *** stating that ₹**** has been transferred to Airtel DTH. I haven't ordered any DTH for my home, but someone has ordered on behalf of me, so the *** member told me to call the Airtel DTH team, I contacted them and they told that the DTH connection has been cancelled. Yes I cancelled the connection, On **th of dec I received a call from the technician for address conformation but I told him to cancel the order since I haven't opted DTH at first place. The guy from the DTH team also told that the order to B to C that means the order placed by the customer by the broadband team. But I haven't received any call, message or notification regarding the DTH order, that's done with the DTH team. But the main issue is someone from the broadband team has placed an order for DTH, so a part of my money that is ₹****.** has been transferred to DTH account and now there is only ₹**** in my account. So the Airtel is forcing me to pay ₹****.** to continue with the broadband connection. I have nothing to do with this issue, the mistake with the airtel team, its been going on for past ** days, still now no resolution. All I need is to make the transfer ₹**** from DTH account to Broadband account, I've insisted them to do that but instead they are forcing me to pay that amount.
