I have a Airtel DTH connection vide no. ********** in the name of Balwant Singh.
Today I have rang up for change the chennel on customer care number *********** at *.** pm on ** July, **** their computer told me * munts waiting time but they did not take my call and I disconnect after ** minuts. My contact no **********.
They harassed me. I request to you that enquire it and take strict action againt the service provider.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
