Srija reddy filed complaint against Red Bus on Feb 11, 2020
I have requested red bus customer care to reschedule my ticket from **th feb **** to **th feb **** due to personal issues but they denied it stating it cannot be rescheduled or cancelled as it has already been rescheduled from **th to **th. This is a way to cheat customers and they have denied my request despite multiple request calls. I request voxya to strictly warn them to avoid such features and i request Voxya to warn red bus to refund back my total money paid for the ticket
