Maruti Suzuki - Critical Product issue

My car engine got seized due to an exposed portion of the engine thru which oil leaked. The company is unwilling to listen to this product issue and is engaged in a cover up giving lame and un-connected excuses. The highlighted product issue has the potential to be a safety hazard for the road users and the occupants of the said vehicle. If not addressed this critical issue can be a big life threat for road users.
