I have booked one ticket from KANPUR to MUMBAI dated **/**/**** for my wife and son but the flight got cancelled and I have received mail confirmation from spicejet for the cancellation and amount restored in the credit shell for the PNR : OB**SM.
As I put one cancellation request dated **/**/**** through MMT APP because rebooking was not coming in APP.
I already had a word with AIRLINES and they have confirmed that the CREDIT SHELL AMT is with MMT only and they can use the CREDITS for my new booking.
I request you to allow me to book a new flight through MMT using my CREDIT SHELL amount.
