We have bought the Byju Premium Product . We want to cancel the Premium but they are not giving information correctly for cancel the Course. Somehow, we have talked to Byju for cancel the course. They are saying they will not cancel the course until and unless the complain is not valid for them. We have said that the class is not suitable for us. It is not improving the child study. So we want to cancel. But they are indirectly saying that they will not cancel the course. The way spoke to us is very much bad.
We want to solution for this . We want justice.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
