Flipkart - counterfeit product given after replacement

i had ordered s sandisk ** gb memory card on flipkart which got delivered on *st dec ****. unfortunately the card was not being detected. i requested for a replacement and received the replacement on *th dec ****. the order no. is OD******************. this product has now again stopped being detected. i approached the sandisk service but they refused to help and confirmed me on written email that the product is counterfeit. i again contacted flipkart, they agreed to help, but the courier guy refused to collect the product saying that this product is different in their records. i again contacted flipkart for a resolution and since then till today they havent provided any resolution. kindly help me get a refund/replacement and also help me get strict action against flipkart/seller for selling counterfeit product.
