I am writing to formally report a missing package that is marked as "Delivered" on my Flipkart account.Order Details:Order ID: OD****************** Delivery Date: **/**/**** Item Name: Acrylic Paster colors Recipient Name: Sindhuja Delivery Address: Madipakkam The tracking status states that the item was delivered; however, I have not received the package. I have already checked with my family members, neighbors, and security guard, but no one has received it. I believe this may have been delivered to the wrong address or incorrectly scanned as delivered.I request you to please investigate this issue with the delivery personnel and provide a resolution (re-delivery or refund) within ** hours.I look forward to a prompt response.
