This is regarding an issue with my Samsung Galaxy A** Smartphone which I ordered online on E-commerce online app Flipkart on **-**-**** with
Product name :- Samsung Galaxy A** *G (Light Gray, ** GB)
Order ID :- OD******************.
For a total of ₹**** on BHIM app
Flipkart deceived me by delivering a used phone on **-**-****, the problem was not discovered until I had some screen issues and I had to go to the Flipkart Authorized Samsung Service center on April *th ****.
The Samsung representative who examined the phone found out that the phone had been previously activated on **-**-****, days before I ever received the phone as I was delivered on **-**-****.
Flipkart had knowingly or unknowingly sent me a used phone which had been pre-activated before I ever laid hands on it.
I had clearly ordered a new phone but they sent me a used one, this discovery was not done till April ** ****, otherwise I would not have known, this is clearly an attempt by Flipkart to defraud unsuspecting customers.
I received the screenshot and jobcard from the Samsung service center ,which I have attached along with the invoice.
I have sent the accumulated proofs and invoice to Flipkart customer service, but they have been deliberately lying and delaying the issue, they keep arranging a return but then lie about it or coordinate with the logistics team to deliberately not pickup the item. I have raised this issue repeatedly with Flipkart but they have been dragging the issue without payment for a month.
I formally registered complaints on **-**-**** and sent the validated proofs sent by the Samsung service center on **-**-****, but flipkart has only registered the complaint but not collected the return or refunded the amount.
They keep arranging a return and then cancelling the return , it was supposed to have been picked up by **-**-**** and they then cancelled it on **-**-****.
When I raised the issue, they again created a return on **-**-**** , this ensured that they could extend the deadline of return pickup to **-**-****, but they did not come to collect the return
As of **-**-**** ,they have yet to collect the return or offer me a refund.
They conveniently extend the deadline and foster a climate of resolving the issue but do not resolve it or even attempt to acknowledge the refund.
I have sent numerous emails and talked extensively with their customer representatives, who have been atmost rude about this issue , they blatantly extend the deadline with no end in sight.
Their delaying tactics include muting the call when I raise issues and extending the return deadline everytime to avoid paying the refund. The complaint on flipkart with id [Incident: IN********************]
I still face hurdles in obtaining my refund even though Flipkart is at fault for delivering a used phone instead of a new one.
This has caused me enormous distress and discomfort as being without a phone is incredibly stressful for personal and professional matters.
Please help me recover the refund for my purchase of Samsung Galaxy A** phone and obtain the full amount of ₹**** as I have been defrauded with a used phone.
This has been going on for a month with no resolution in sight, I kindly ask that you assist me in resolving this issue
They keep delaying the refund despite proof and validation from the Samsung service center
