Counter lady misguide me she giving me wrong information I was traveling from Kolkata to dibrugarh and when I reach to airport there was long queue so that time counter closed and that time I asked her if could help with other solutions she said no I can't do anything counter is closed because I did ticket at *.**am and flight was *.** and I did web check-in in at *.** but I didn't get the boarding pass at phone I was trying to explain her but she was not listening only instead of helping she was rude abusive thn I didn't new I will get bording pass in phone itself she could help with this information but she didn't she said please go home take tommorow flight but another lady saw me crying she said you have boarding pass in you phone but at that time that was too late. Nobody helped me from air india staff they just saw me crying
