During the sudden pandemic it was our worst experience with MMT . We booked a flight January, **** for flight scheduled for **th April ****, But due to the pandemic the flights were cancelled all of a sudden and our money got stuck with MMT .After chasing MMT for months we finally got our refund back on *th October, **** (shown as if they are doing a favor to us). To our surprise we noticed that we were paid Rs **** less then what we paid for the flights. Instead of paying us interest for keeping our money for months they paid us less and refused to pay the convenience fee. Being a regular customer of MMT this really gives me bad impression of the policies being followed at such a big company. They are only suppose to charge convenience fee when the flight is cancelled by us and not by the airlines since convenience fee is supposed to be charged when helping us. Cancelling flight does not help us in any way, it just increases the burden of chasing you guys for months. I was promised a full refund by mid August, **** and I actually got partial refund on **th October, ****. Are you really brand? Kindly show some courtesy and pay up what you owe to your customers!
