Flipkart - Constant delay in package delivery

On *th of october i ordered Lloyd *.* ton *star split AC with the exchange of my old LG split AC.
My account was debited on same day
As it was a exchange i partially paid **** ₹ and remaining amount was converted to EMI.
The delivery date shown at the time of booking was **th october and shipping date was **th october. But later the shipping date was changed to **th october but the delivery date was the same.
I called the cuatomer care explaining all the issue and also lodged a complaint on flipkart app with print screen of the same.
The executive advised me that the product will be delivered on time as it is a technical issue.
Also on *th october they uninstalled my AC which was to be exchanged.
Now from **th october i am calling them to know about the delivery of my product but the are just giving me the extension dates.
I asked them to reinstall the AC they uninstalled they are saying that is not in there hands and cannot be done.
It is quite frustrating from FLIPKART as this is a fraud
My money is deducted and the product is not delivered and even they dont have the details as if it is going to be delivered or not.

FLIPKART IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD!!
