I was visiting Chennai on **st August **** and booked a hotel for stay via Goibibo. The payment was successful and booking id is HTLFZHB*VM. I reached hotel Udayam Towers, at about ** pm. They refused any accommodation stating they don't have any room and they have cancelled my booking. I made a complaint on Goibibo app via chat. I was asked to wait for ** min and again wait for another ** min. I was made to wait for between **.** pm to **:** am in the middle of the night. Finally, Goibibo stopped even to respond to my chat. I was left stranded for the whole night. The last message I got from Goibibo was that they will contact me but nobody did try to reach me.
After * days I have made another complaint. Ref: ******** dated: **-**-****. They are yet to respond. It is a horrible experience to get stranded in a different city and no help from Goibibo. Hope they will refund my money. I will never ever book my domestic and international bookings ever with this kind of cheap support.
it's not just money its inconvenience that they made me wait for hours in a strange city and stopped responding. I was duped by Goibibo.
