- Confirmed flight cancelled after 3 days ^Closed

So On **st Sept **** I booked a flight from Hanoi to Hyderabad for *nd Jan. It costed me ₹**,***.

On **th Sept I receive a mail from Yatra. That your booking is cancelled. Please confirm if it's done by you or airline.
I told them I haven't done anything.

On **th Sept ****, Yatra reverts. It's done by airline and they have agreed for full refund. And when I was checking viable options for me the best option available was now costing **-**K. So I asked Yatra to talk to airlines and book another flight as now I have to pay more because of there cancellation.
Now all this is happening and Yatra forgot about case. They never called in this process and just to get an answer for this whether the airline can book another ticket for me it took them * weeks.
On *th october I get response from Yatra on twitter that they are agreeing for full refund. And by now flight costs **k

Not just financial loss.
The service at Yatra is so poor that they never called and had guts to tell me.
There automation could've told me on day of booking itself that flight is cancelled and you can book another.
Everytime they are giving some excuses. Cancelled due to operational reason.
Sir, in another **-**hsr you will get a call back from my senior team.
And never ever have I got a single call from Yatra.
Infact in * of the mail these scammers write we tried calling you. But was not reachable. And my counter is I'm talking to the entire country and you are saying this. Even if not reachable. Did you try again.
Even writing this I'm getting so angry that why I chose "Yatra". It's a big failure on my end to choose Yatra. They don't deserve us.
