Conversation via mail are as follows:
I’m writing to you after following up with your call centre team for the last * days. It's very weird that my confirmed and paid tickets have been cancelled without my consent and without any intimation from your side. The issue had come up when I’d called up last week to request a date change.
Since the last ** hours, our call centre has handled the issue very inefficiently and giving unnecessary stress to the customer. The fare has gone up by **-***% from Rs.*.** lacs to *.** lacs.
Your call centre has confirmed that the error was committed from your agent and they will reissue the same ticket without any additional charges to me.
Just a request to please mail us the confirmation of my ticket at by today as I’ve to attend a family wedding in London on *th May ****. I’m not asking for any additional freebie.
Please do the needful to resolve this issue.
