Tvs Credit Services Limited - Complaint

I introduce myself as a regular customer of your Finance company having * Car loans financed by you. I may add here I had never defaulted in my repayments I had applied for a loan to purchase of TVS Scooty Pep Plus on March **** from Bhopal Tvs Dealer in Bhopal. My loan was sanctioned on April ** during lock down, I had completed all my paper formalities of the said vehicle. On **th June I get call late at night around *.** PM, asking for RTO receipt to which I said I will provide you very next day. Now I have communicated by your office that my Loan stands cancelled as you have stopped financing BS* vehicles.This stand taken by your office seems to absurd and not at all in line with the relations we share over the times, as I am from this automobile trade for over two decades, if your repayments are assured, I see no reason on your part to reject my loan application, that too after having communicated your acceptance (local office not cooperated).
I approach you to kindly release the said loan disbursement at the earliest in the best interest of business Ethics.
At this juncture I can only assure you that your installments shall be honored on its due dates this being my personal guarantee to you.
I am sure you would consider and release the said amount, not forcing me to take appropriate steps to safeguard my interest,
