I'd like to bring it to your concern about your company TVS services customer service experience. My concern is about the amount deducted from my account as per the loan charges & moratorium amount.

I've contacted customer care via email & call but no proper response & not even understand my issues.
Even, worst service from the TVS manager SBM motors. Being a pregnant women, i was following to close up this query for the past * months. On Sep, I've received notification msg saying that *k something is moratorium charges & **** is my last EMI due amount. So I've maintained my Account with the proper balance but the amount has been deducted as a * ECS payment which is ******. I was confused about this deduction & after checking the app ive paid for the remaining amount *** through online. From my end, I've paid all the amount but still showing account status as active and asking to pay *k charges which is not applicable for your app & irresponsible customer service. So I'd like anyone who is having patience to look into this query and try to closure my account. I hope alteast you could have read my email and understand how people are suffering to reach your executives being educative and i hope you will take some actions against my concern.
