This is my loan Agreement number BR****TW*******. i have completed my **months loan tenure on *feb ****. then why after completing my tenure yesterday my account got debited * times Rs.***×*= Rs.***. and in your tvs credit service app also you are charging Rs.**** and earlier also i have been charged *times Rs.*** that means i have charged * timesl debited from my account. you have looted me Rs.****+****=Rs.****. And even after *months i have not got my noc and you are looting me even after completing of my loan.
You take the action immediately and repay my all ECS charge amount And zero all the amount from your tvs credit app, And close my loan account immediately and stop ecs charge immediately And Send my noc immediately otherwise
I will Go to consumer court against your bad customer service...
I have valid proof and statement for ECS charge.
