Dear Daikin Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at the Daikin service center located at [Service Center Address]. I submitted a request for a PCB board replacement for my Daikin
B**QMBVPGY on **-**-****.Despite numerous follow-ups, I feel like I am being treated poorly. Every day, I am told that the manager will check and call me, but I never receive a call back. This has happened five to six times now , the replacement has not yet been completed, and it has been over a month since my initial request.
