Cars 24 - Complaint Regarding Incorrect Car Report

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a recent transaction on Cars**. I am a registered channel partner dealer, and my dealer code is *****. On **th May, I placed a bid of *,*** INR on a Hyundai Verna (Appointment ID: ***********) based on the provided engine and gearbox rating of * out of *.
Upon procuring the car, I discovered that the engine is not functional on both petrol and CNG, and it has weak compression. This is contrary to the initial report I reviewed before placing my bid. This discrepancy is unacceptable and misled me into making a financial commitment under false pretenses.
When I contacted my account manager on the same day to cancel the car without any forfeiture, I was informed that I would have to pay a forfeiture amount of **,*** INR, excluding GST. Despite my immediate action, the car was canceled on my behalf the next day, and I was charged the forfeiture amount.
I feel deceived and exploited by this process. As a registered dealer who relies on accurate information to make business decisions, such discrepancies severely affect my operations and trust in Cars**.
I request higher authorities to:
*. Investigate this issue thoroughly.
*. Refund the forfeiture amount that was unjustly charged.
*. Ensure that such misleading information is not provided in the future to protect the interests of your registered dealers.
