Cars 24 - Refund not initiated
Viral Chauhan filed complaint against Cars 24 on Jun 29, 2023
I had purchased TATA nexon car on **th Jun ** at price of **lakhs + *k RC transfer charges from Cars** (Garuda mall, Bangalore),
Cars** claimed that the car is not accidentally damaged and Zero parts were repainted, it is a year-old car to I purchased.
On the third day, As per the insurance transfer process, I went to the TATA service center to know about the insurance claim history,
The service center told me that the car has accidentally been claimed twice in the past * year, I can't think of Cars** dealing with this kind of car and providing incorrect information to customers.
On **rd Jun'**, I raised a return request and explain to the return team why I am returning this car, They took * days to accept my request.
On **th Jun'**, As per their return team manager, Raveender told me that
if possible, then I can return the car to their hub as I did on the same day.
But after that, I can't see any further communication from the return team or updation of the refund process,
I called daily to their customer call center, But they just tell me to wait ** hours every time, Till this time I have not received any update on it and the mobile app showing return is pending which is incorrect.
Cars** is just dragging day by day and eating interest of my amount
