I want to lodge a complaint regarding the improper billing process for a recent service request concerning my window air conditioner. The service, which involved repairing the AC auto-swing mode, was carried out on [**/**/****] by two of your engineers named Suhail and Kapil whose broker name was Nimesh to whom the payment of rupees *** (inclusive of taxes) was made via Gpay.
Despite paying the full amount requested by the engineer on the spot, I have not received a proper bill or itemized invoice till date. The details of the transaction are as follows:

Amount Paid: ***/- rupees
Engineer's Name: Suhail & Kapil
Broker Name: Keshav Nimesh (****** *****) - Amount of Rs. *** /- was paid via Gpay
Dealer Name: Vijay Kumar Sharma (***********) - Not picking the call
The absence of a proper bill is causing significant inconvenience for me, including:
a) Inability to validate the service performed and the charges applied
b) Problems with accounting and personal record-keeping
c) Issues claiming any potential service warranty or follow-up repairs
I kindly request that you provide me with a detailed, itemized bill that includes:
*) The date of service
*) A breakdown of charges, including labor and parts used
*) The payment method
*) Warranty details or any service guarantees
Please send the corrected invoice to my email address. I expect to receive this at the earliest to avoid any further inconvenience.
Failure to resolve this issue promptly may compel me to escalate my complaint to consumer protection agencies and explore other legal options to ensure my consumer rights are upheld.
