Subject: Complaint Regarding Extended Internet Outage and Slow Resolution Time

Dear Agnigarh supplier,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the internet service provided by Agnigarh supplier. I have been experiencing significant issues with my internet connection, which has been disrupted for an extended period. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, the issue remains unresolved, and the time taken to address it has been unacceptably long.

The internet outage began on **.**.****, and since then, I have been without a stable connection. This disruption has severely impacted my ability to work from home, attend virtual meetings, and access essential online services. I have contacted your customer service department several times, but each interaction has resulted in either temporary fixes or further delays.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and the lack of timely and effective resolution has been extremely frustrating. As a paying customer, I expect reliable service and prompt attention to service disruptions.

I request that Agnigarh supplier take immediate action to restore my internet service and provide a satisfactory explanation for the delay in resolving this issue. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the prolonged service interruption and the inconvenience caused.
