Dear Sir,
Please find the attached AMC Receipt and contract receipt no. ***. The Complaint No. ********** was lodged on **.**.**** and even after making several requests, it has not been attended till date. It is to inform you that AMC was done by Shri Govind Tiwari mobile no:- **********. The matter was discussed with local service center representative i.e. Shri Pawan Sharma Mobile:- ********** and Technician Shri Govind Tiwari and it is informed by them that they have not updated the AMC in the system by mistake and due to this the required component could not be ordered for replacement. After several rounds of discussion, they have urged to cancel the ** days old complaint and lodge a new complaint, otherwise it will not be attended even in a year.This behavior of local service center is very strange.
It is clearly evident that mistake was done by local service center and due to this customer is suffering like anything. So it is once again requested that please look into the matter and attend the subject complaint at the earliest.
