I had submitted the neckband for repair expecting the problem to be resolved, but it seems the issue still persists. I kindly request that you assist me in resolving this as soon as possible, as I rely on the device regularly. I had already raise issue about this but no change in status from last * days.
Please let me know the next steps for either sending it back for receiving a replacement. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
