On dated** September,****,while booking for a hotel in Lucknow ton MakeMyTrip site, Rs.**** was debited from my account but hotel booking failed. I got the alert message from MMT that the amount will be refunded within */* days. but even after lapse of * days no refund has been initiated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
