- Complaint for Refund ^Closed

I wanted to relocate to Delhi, lado sarai. So I talked to the Nobroker representative, and as per their representative I sent them the token amount rs.***. But due to some construction-related issue, we could not relocate and decided to stay at our present location. And now I am asking for a refund of rs***, but for last * months they are making excuses and not returning my money. Please help me recover my money.
This mail I received from them with a link of the payment. I made a payment of Rs. *** as Token amount.

Rearranging major Household items
Carton boxed should be returned back to vendor .If the customer wants to retain,**RS/box will be charged to customer.
PS: the Premium plan would have additional facility to bubble-wrap every required household item.
Price of the quotation might change if movement date/inventory is changed after confirmation of payment . A revised quotation will be offered as per the change in price if necessary.
