Dear Voxya Team,
I am sharing my recent experience with Woodland, a brand I and my whole family have been a loyal customer of for the past decade. Unfortunately, my most recent interaction with Woodland has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of their products and services.
I frequently visit the Woodland store and last time i visted to No** Aero Club (Woodland), Bala ji Tower, Dabwali Road Sirsa, Haryana ******. I am writing to highlight two primary issues: the conduct of the store manager and staff and the significant delay in addressing my request for a product replacement.
To begin with, the behaviour of the store manager and staff could be more satisfactory. Not only have I personally experienced their ruthless and senseless behaviour, but other customers have also reported similar issues. Woodland should take immediate action to investigate the conduct of the primary attendee at this store and assess the overall behaviour of the staff. This is essential to safeguard the reputation of the Woodland brand.
Furthermore, I purchased it on July **, ****, which unfortunately had a quality problem with the leather. On September **, ****, I officially requested a replacement for the product. However, it has been over a month, and I am still waiting for a resolution. Instead, I was met with an unprofessional response from the store manager, who scolded me for contacting Woodland's customer care team and even issued threats. The manager claimed that Woodland typically takes ** days to process replacements after making the request. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated, as it falls far short of the service standards I have come to expect from Woodland.
Please assist in addressing this matter as soon as possible. This experience has been inconvenient and disheartening, and Woodland should uphold its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If my concerns are not resolved promptly, I may have no option but to escalate this matter to higher authorities to seek a resolution.
Thank you for your attention to this issue. I trust that Voxya, as a third-party problem solver, can help facilitate a swift and satisfactory resolution. Woodland has been a trusted brand for me, and I hope this issue can be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
