Dear Sir/Ma'am I'd booked a room from OYO (SOO***** SPOT ON Hotel Om Shanti Palace) but when I reached at the room the condition of the room was very disgusting there was a seepage on walls, there was no curtain at all infact the blanket was wet I informed the hotel staff about the same then he shifted me to other room but again the condition of that room was more horrible than the previous one there was a stain of blood or something else on the bedsheet. I asked him to change the bedsheet but he refused by saying "Agr rehna hai to rho nhi to cancel kar do" I also upload pics of the room on Oyo chat then I tried to call the Oyo coustomer care the property manager shout at me and asked me to leave the hotel after leaving the hotel I again call the Oyo customer care and inform about the same incident so they assure me to sort out the things and shift me to other property. For verification they put my call on hold and call multiple times to property manager but he didn't pick call so she asked me to initiate the refund of only **% in Oyo wallet which is completely useless for me because it was my last booking from Oyo. Now I request you to kindly refund my entire amount otherwise I'm going to take some legal action against the Oyo.
