- Complaint against Opulentus for VISA fraud ^Open

Hello,
This is to bring to the kind attention of the fraudulent consultancy called Opulentus that cheats customers in providing VISA services.
I had registered in this firm in late **** for Permanent VISA (PR) assistance.
I had signed up for Opulentus on the basis of claims that it was a known consultancy firm & they had my profile evaluation done for Canada.
It has been * years since and I have been completely deceived of not being able to obtain a PR VISA and also hefty amount charged exceeding Rs *.* Lakh.
The agreement has various terms applicable only for the first year and they claim they have provided Addendum for the extension of * months. In the tenure of first year, it is barely possible to get the applications processed and they offer poor support and guidance forcing inordinate delays.
Notwithstanding the fact that the sign up is done and had invested huge amount as one-time payment of Rs **k, I had to renew the services year-on-year with installments of Rs *****/.
Haven't received a single invitation to apply (ITA) either through Express Entry or Provincial Nomination (PNP) programs.

When making multiple requests, they didn't provide necessary support citing disclaimers that they can't help with respect to cutoff points for Canada's immigration criteria and false hopes that I can qualify in the next draws.
If their explanation is anything to go by, then why provide an evaluation report that contradicts their claim?
After a disdainful wait of * years, when having decided to withdraw from their services, they are not refunding the invested amount and the "divergence" team is saying there is no refund possible as per the terms of the agreement.
They have tweaked the agreement & addendum to remove the "Refund" clause and this makes me believe that its a fraud business of luring the candidates into this VISA.

My plea to take actions against this consultancy and help in refund of the amount.
