Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against NoBroker, an online real estate service provider, regarding their failure to deliver the promised services and their refusal to process a refund. The details of my complaint are as follows:
Lack of Disclosure of Terms and Conditions:
I subscribed to a service package from NoBroker, during which no terms and conditions were disclosed to me. The sales representatives failed to provide or explain the terms related to the service, refund policy, or any other critical aspects. This lack of transparency constitutes a significant breach of fair business practices.
High-Pressure Sales Tactics:
NoBroker's sales team persistently pressured me to make the payment, leading me to proceed without a full understanding of the service terms. This coercive behavior is both unprofessional and unethical.
Failure to Deliver Promised Services:
Despite subscribing to a package that included a money-back guarantee, NoBroker has been unsuccessful in finding a suitable property for me. The service has proven to be ineffective and of no value to me, and the money-back guarantee should be honored.
GST Charges with No Claiming Option:
I have been charged GST on the payment made to NoBroker, but there appears to be no mechanism for claiming or benefiting from this tax charge. This further adds to my dissatisfaction with their service.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with NoBroker, they have refused to process my refund, citing reasons that are unacceptable and unsubstantiated. Therefore, I am seeking your intervention to resolve this issue.
Resolution Sought:
I request a full refund of my payment from NoBroker due to their failure to deliver the promised services and the lack of transparency regarding the terms and conditions. The service has been of no use to me, and I believe my hard-earned money should be refunded.
I have attached copies of relevant documents, including payment receipts, communication records with NoBroker, and any other pertinent information, for your reference.
I trust that your esteemed office/platform will take prompt and appropriate action to address my complaint and ensure that such unfair practices are rectified.
