Dear sir , I have booked a room from OYO app for the date ** June to ** June and done full prepaid amount for the booking. The hotel is in the Rewari , Haryana-******. On ** June , I went to the hotel for check in, then the hotel receptionist tell me that you don't have booking , i have shown him in my phone that this was the booking he said it was shown completed. How's it possible my booking is completed on the same day (** June) before check in the hotel. Then i tried to call oyo customer service the automatic OYO service telling we are experiencing huge amount of phone calls and they are not connecting my calls to any of the representative. I didn't get any support from OYO side even they not connected my calls. Due to this fraud system they are experiencing large amount of calls, not for the appreciation please don't waste anyone's time and money. On that day I have paid Rs *** to another hotel for staying at that time, I felt very angry on this fraud OYO app system. I will not book a single hotel after this kind of frauds on OYO prepaid bookings. Please provide me full refund for this. and also shut the company if you are not able to help the customers in the problem situation.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
