Afra Haque filed complaint against Air India on May 29, 2019
My flight no is AI *** and passport number is BX*******. I have booked a flight from DEL-CCU-DHK and the transit in CCU is over ** hours. They have done my immigration in Delhi in spite of saying multiple times that I have booked my hotel in Kolkata and I want to go out of the airport. After arriving CCU the staffs are insisting us to remain in the transfer desk area for ** hrs and left the place saying that they can do nothing. Even they gave me an option to cancel the flight and take a new flight by our own cost they are not ready to be penalized for their fault. They were also saying that they have raised mail several times before to correct this issue but their Airlines making this mistake again and again. My question is why should we suffer for their mistake?
