I had booked a cab service from TravelTriangle.com in January **** for Sikkim Tour scheduled for March ****, but due to Covid situation and lockdown all the travel services were closed, hence I couldn't travel. TravelTriangle has assigned a third party company Travelx*** to provide the services. The total cost of the cab service was *****/- and I had already paid *****/- to them via TravelTriangle. So they had issued me Credit Voucher of *****/- with * year validity. Now, I am trying to reach out to both the company via email/phone/chat but I am not getting any response. I want to rebook/reuse the Credit Voucher and expect them to respond to me immediately so that I can plan my travel. Hence requesting help in this matter and I would like to get full refund instead of Credit voucher.
