- Company not complying with the order Open
I have taken HDFC ERGO policy on **/**/****. HDFC Ergo has rejected my claim. Subsequently, I applied to the office of Insurance Ombudsman. Insurance Ombudsman has approved the claim and passed an order to settle the claim within ** days from the date of order vide Award No IO/KOC/A/GI/****/****-**. But till date, HDFC ERGO hasn't settled the claim. I have complained many times to Customer Redressal cell and top authorities of the HDFC ERGO Insurance Company. But they are not complying. I have contacted the office of the Insurance Ombudsman. But they said they have no right to make comply. I am attaching the copy of the order of insurance ombudsman for reference. Request you to kindly intervene. The details are shown below :
