HP - Compaint Against HP quality costumer service

I brought a HP Laptop, At initially its was working fine.Later it started with keyboard problem.I am facing manufacturing problem in build and laptop display.the customer care said its will not be considered as a problem.my cooling fans are not working properly.my laptop Hinge is not working properly.my laptop has to be turned of by pressing power button for ** seconds and turning it back.
