I purchased an HP Victus laptop * months ago, and its screen was replaced under warranty a month ago. Within a week of replacement, the screen started flickering, and now it has developed white spots/pressure marks without any external damage. This clearly indicates faulty installation or a defective screen, yet HP is refusing to honor the warranty, falsely blaming external pressure. This is completely unacceptable. I demand immediate intervention to ensure HP fulfills its warranty obligations and provides a proper resolution. If not addressed, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
