On January **, I received **'s laptop. It was updated right away, and after restarting, its processing was extremely sluggish. HP support assigned a technician after I sent them videos and other materials about the problems. The device was deemed doa by the technician. The laptop was then picked up for replacement. A week later, I got a new unit and updated in the same way, but the problem persisted. I immediately called HP customer service because the laptop would not turn on. The person on the line noticed the problem and troubleshooted it; however, the problems remained. How slowly it was processing.
Even with nothing installed, the CPU utilization shows **–***%.-The screen was fluctuating while installing Google Chrome.
The laptop is incapable of copying data, which is a basic function. I've provided the support team access to all of the recordings of the problems. I informed the support staff that I wanted a refund, and they promised to contact me back the following day with a solution. However, it has been five days and I have not heard back from them. sending them concerned emails ever since, but they haven't responded.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
