- Colour variation Open
I have bought Electrical vehicle in the month of February ****.
I went for registration in the same month.Motor Vehicle inspector rejected saying wrong colour mentioned in the form **.
Company people selling it as Matt grey but they are mentioning it as Black. That's the reason MVI rejected it. So I called immediately to showroom and company. Showroom said that we got form ** as black from company so it's not my mistake . I called to pure ev they said that some how they will manage at and do it . My fear is that right now he will manage and do registration but in future while renewal of vehicle or ownership transfer or insurance claims etc etc we will face problems.
So I asked to him to give Letter head stating if any issue arises in future company will bear the expenses. Intially company was ok to give but later they said NO. Now they are ready to change FORM **,I said ok even they sent softcopy to my whatsApp also don't know what happened after they are not ready for this also. Show room people based on my request they booked a slot for change in TR. After booking slot pure ev again not willing to send hard copy of it. I called many times no response.
Different times different answers they give . I spoke to their officials the answer was very rude saying we cannot change the colour whatever you want you can do. Like this they waited me almost three months. Now also they call me to go for registration.
