Hi Created account on coindcx with my company id .I have left that company almost a year back that is why that ID is not working now
On *th December **** i raised a concern to coindcx that i am not able to login into my account as the id is closed and they are sending otp on that id
I asked them to change the email id and if any documents are required for verification i am ready to share that also
As for login in coindcx * otp are sent one on email id and one on phone- i cant login because email id has stopped .
Around ** mails i have sent , have submitted my pan card and adhar card also, but still nothing is getting solved.
Its been * months now, i have lost multiple opportunities to make money as i trusted them as a platform but actually they are scamming me now.
Also it has consumed too much of my bandwidth and has caused mental harassment every day because they are not solving it from last * months
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
