I am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding ongoing issues I have encountered with two of my crypto transactions on your platform—specifically with the STS (SaitaChainCoin) and PEIPEI coins.
STS Coin Issue: I recently purchased STS (SaitaChainCoin) on your platform, investing a total of ₹****. However, I am currently facing the following issues:
The coin's value has drastically crashed, and my holdings are showing a -***% loss, even though I was initially in profit.
I am unable to see the price chart for STS coin, which leaves me unable to monitor or make informed decisions.
Additionally, I cannot withdraw or sell my STS holdings at all, leaving my ₹**** stuck in the coin.
PEIPEI Coin Issue (Previous Incident): This is not the first time I have faced such an issue. I experienced a similar problem with another coin, PEIPEI, where I lost ₹**** due to an inability to sell or withdraw the coin when I needed to. Despite raising concerns previously, the issue remained unresolved.
Given that these incidents have occurred on two separate occasions and have resulted in significant losses, I am extremely dissatisfied with the platform's reliability and support. I request immediate assistance in resolving the following:
An explanation as to why I am unable to sell or withdraw my STS coin.
Immediate intervention to ensure I can access my funds and complete the transaction without further issues.
Assurance that such problems will not continue in the future, as this has severely impacted my trust in your platform.
I expect a prompt and thorough response to this issue, as I am considering escalating this matter if it is not resolved quickly.
Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency and provide a clear timeline for resolution. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
