I am a Red Studio Club Mahindra member (ID *******) since **** and want to Escalate Due to Club Mahindra's Service Deficiencies
*. Club Mahindra's service lapses have greatly impacted the experiences of honest and regular paying members. The issues we face annually stem not solely from member responsibility, but also from systemic deficiencies perpetuated by Club Mahindra.
*. Despite booking well in advance, members frequently encounter waitlisted bookings due to insufficient inventory management. This problem persists across various resorts, with my experience being with Shillong and Alibaug as just * instances among many in Post Pandemic, causing frustration and inconvenience.
*. Club Mahindra is rigid about the lapsing clause in the though they are also the cause. Club Mahindra have changed the agreement rules as per their convenience. Page * Point ** of my agreement mentions on advance booking of * months whereas they have reduced the booking window. Whereas they insist of maintaining the **days policy lapsing.
*. Lack of transparency regarding waitlist sequence numbers raises concerns about fair booking practices. Unlike railway bookings, where sequence numbers are provided, Club Mahindra's opacity in this regard fosters suspicion of manipulation within the system.
*. Initial promises regarding only reserved days for higher-tier memberships, such as Purple, have not been upheld. Contrary to the information provided during my membership acquisition, the number of Purple days blocked annually has increased significantly, limiting members' holiday planning options for Red Studio members like me.
*. In ****, When my annual renewal was due, Club Mahindra representative had called for the payment. Being aware of my inventory being heavy, I brought to his attention., He assured me to make the payment and that inventory will not be lapsed. The payment was made by me as well since I did not wish to keep any dues. If Club Mahindra rep had indicated that I should book some holidays and keeping my inventory below **, I would have done that as it is possible to do so especially since we have been utilizing some holidays, though our inventory continues to be heavy because during the Pandemic our inventory piled up. Club Mahindra was not willing to share the recording in this connection.
*. Penalizing diligent members for payment disputes, such as the incident in ****, is unfair. Members who consistently fulfill their obligations should not bear the brunt of systemic failures.
*. The primary motivation behind joining Club Mahindra was to enjoy stress-free vacations with family and friends. However, the persistent deficiencies in services have only added to our stress and frustration, undermining the very purpose of membership.
