Club Mahindra Holidays Red Membership - Fraudulent holiday package

Hi everyone , I am Nirmal Verma , an Educator and owner of preschool and primary school in Kolkata and I have a Club Mahindra Membership with id ******* and above any other add on note to my introduction would like to add that I have been big time cheated by THE CLUB MAHINDRA group.
As a responsible citizen , I feel it is my MORAL DUTY and responsibility to bring to notice the racket of CLUB MAHINDRA to all other people who have been SWEETLY or falsely lured into taking their membership plans or are planning to take in the near future and through this awareness I want to bring it to the notice of CONSUMER FORUM also that they should take some strict steps to prevent THE CLUB MAHINDRA guys from selling their HOILDAY PLANS on False promises and informations.
My experience from day * of my signing the membership with them was of terrible.Their Kolkata representative sold the plan to me after promising all false benefits like free stay in their best properties in India and abroad in the first year ,that I would get a iphone as a welcome gift ,that we can just go and enjoy the luxuries of their SO CALLED * STAR PROPERTIES without paying any money .As per the briefings ,no additional or hidden costs were involved.We were rather given some GIFT VOUCHERS WHICH WERE REDEEMABLE for more comforts.
Apart from paying a handsome amount for a red membership plan ,I was expected to pay monthly EMIs for the package which I had opted for .And ,the EMIS started immediately after the initial signing amount was paid.Nonetheless ,thereafter started the ordeal .I had to start following up ,firstly for the cancellation of the membership ,as that was the first thing that came to my head after I actually understood the Trap post talking over their IVR .Well,the cancellation never happened because the first initial ten days were easily allowed to lapse by the Kolkata Mahindra office staff,and being completely naïve to their tactics I really didn’t know who to approach further
Hereafter ,I wanted to make sure that nothing more should go wrong so I booked my air tickets to avail a holiday in their properties at Naldhera nad Kandaghat in Himachal.I was to travel with my aged parents ,my young six year old son ,my ** year old niece ,my sister and my wife.Not wanting any kind of discomfort for them ,I booked the cab from the Mahindra resort itself for the airport pickup.Now ,the Monetary Slaughter started.They charge you through your nose for any facility they give .By Gods grace I had sufficient funds with me ,but I wonder what would happen to people who would go to these resorts without any money ,as we are told that we can just go and enjoy the stay!
Well ,you gotta pay a heavy ,rather very very hevy price for THE CLUB MAHINDRA MEMBERSHIPS.
There is no free wifi ,and you are trapped further.You have to pay as steep as ** rs per hour to avail the resort wifi.furthermore ,good news is that they do have play areas for the kids ,but hold on …with all good news ,the bad news is that you have to pay more than *** rs per hour incase your child is adamant to play there.The food is steeper than any other * star good hotel.Quality is pathetic .I paid ,more than ** grands to have a simple dinner with my family!!
Each step we were taking there, had to be paid for ..above all ,though I had made several requests to the Kolkata zonal office of Mahindra ,and also on to the head office at Chennai to make some arrangement for my little boys *th bday on **rd may, the resort staff said there were no intimations they had received.Nonetheless ,after requesting them that this holiday would be waste if I could not celebrate my sons birthday ,they asked us to leave our room for two hours and they ll do some arrangements.We did the needful ,but to our dismay when we came back the only arrangement we found was a bed laden with two towel swans and couple of petals for a honeymoon couple !! No birthday cake ..Godd!! I was holding on to my patience and thanked my stars the day I cheaked out of the resort.but the great price which I have paid for this * days vacation at these petty club Mahindra resorts is rs.* .* lacs which has not only brought me on monetary shock and trauma but also a feeling of disgust which I still am trying to cope up with.
Club mahindra is not at all worth the money they charge. I am a new member and my experience with them has been terrible.. Then there is the problem of poor customer service. Employees of club mahindra are really rude and have an hostile/unwelcoming attitude towards guests .Once you paid the membership fees they don't give a damn about customer service as they have already got their money from you. It is a blunder to become a member at club MahindraMy experience with ClubMahindra is really bad as they will come up with all new hidden rules whenever you try to book holiday so ultimately you end up with spoiling your vacation ..When you fight with ClubMahindra they will only say SORRY but will not help for sure and keep on dragging your complaint from one person to another. DO NOT BUY CLUB MAHINDRA AS IT IS JUST TO SPOIL YOUR VACATION PERIODS. BETTER BE FREE BIRD AND BOOK ANY FIVE STAR HOTEL HICH WILL COST SAME AS CLUB MAHINDRA .
Please don’t believe these fraudsters club Mahindra, I AM FORWARDING THIS TO ALL
Pls share it as much possible and prevent professionals and all citizens of our country “not to become SCAPEGOAT by these so called clubmahindra”
I am pulling this to consumer court if my membership is not refunded and I will not be paying any other EMI to them for sure!!
