Club Factory App - Club Factory App Return and Refund Issue

I've ordered a Nike Air Max **** Running and Training shoes (Order Number - SO*********, Order Date - **-**-****). Which was delivered on October **, ****. But the product was not of good quality and I've created Return Request (Return ID - SON*****************) on same day when it was delivered. The delivery boy came and picked the wrong product ( The product (Nike Shoe), which I've ordered from Amazon and whose price was ****). Return Rejected status was updated on the app (Which is expected) when it reached to seller location. After that I tried reaching out the support guy to get that product (wrong product picked by delivery boy) and to hand over the correct product. For that I've raised concern as well (Escalation Number - #******). Without sending any response, they have resolved it. From then onwards, almost everyday I'm trying to reach out them as well as seller, but they are not showing any interest over it. Due to which I'm in loss of ****/-. They are not giving proper resolution for this.
