- Club Factory Not refunding Open
I returned the shoe ordered against order no. SO********* due to small size.
Return was picked up on Sunday ** Mar and was delivered to Warehouse on ** Mar.
On ** Mar return was rejected due to Quality check fail "defective/damaged item". Customer service executive is saying that the product was not received as it was shipped. They mentioned that the sole of the shoes are dirty.
I checked with the courier boy who picked the return & he mentioned that the package as shipped as it is and he shared the picture of shoe as he took it for proof.

You can see its a black shoe & how clean it is.
I have also raised a complain request through Chat portal and below is the request number.
I mentioned that if shoes are used are per company then return them back or i can come to pick up.
But they are saying that we will keep both shoes & money and will not give anything to you.
They are simply looting people.
